The History of Nissan

Nissan's performance soul lives in the GT-R badge. The original 1969 Hakosuka Skyline GT-R amassed 50 consecutive race victories in Japan. In 1989, the R32 Skyline GT-R introduced the twin-turbo RB26DETT and ATTESA E-TS all-wheel-drive system, dominating Australian and Japanese touring championships so completely that motoring journalists dubbed it 'Godzilla'. The legend continued through the R33, R34, and modern VR38DETT R35.
