WallVibe serves as a curated digital wallpaper discovery platform. Wallpapers and digital graphics hosted on this platform are provided strictly for personal, non-commercial personalization of computer monitors, tablets, and mobile screens.

We actively encourage user submissions, artist features, and community curation. While we make every reasonable effort to verify licensing and artist attribution, we recognize that content may occasionally be uploaded or published inadvertently without proper attribution or against the creator's wishes.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any wallpaper or content hosted on WallVibe infringes upon your copyright, please submit a written DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

5. Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

Upon receipt of a complete and valid notification meeting the requirements above, WallVibe will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing wallpaper and notify the relevant uploader or curator.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If content you provided was removed under a DMCA claim and you believe this was done by mistake or misidentification (e.g., you own the copyright or have a valid license), you may send a written Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent containing your contact info, identification of the removed URL, a statement under penalty of perjury consenting to federal jurisdiction, and your signature.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

WallVibe maintains a strict policy to terminate user accounts or block access to any individuals who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
